50" HD plasma screen

Able to display anything from SD composite to HD component and XVGA, this screen is big enough for a whole crew to watch it. You no longer need to get separate screens for makeup and puppeteers, this will let all of them see what's going on in the set. We had big success with these huge monitors on the set of Hellboy II - except for one very small set, we were never asked to bring in separate monitors for the hordes of pupetteers and beauticians. While its is too big to watch from very close, its ideal for an off-set monitor. Built onto its own wheeled trolley, its easier to move around than it looks. The case provide shock nd weather protection, and it has its own raincover. The monitor has a lot of input options, and even a built-in tuner to receive UHF transmitters. The plasma technology ensures that the mages is viewable from any angle, and balacks remain black while whites are always white. The contrast ratio can be an astonishing 1:15 000. We usually feed them from a quad-splitter, so we can display up to four images on the same screen. This equals to four 21" screens on a trolley, and with only a single cable to run! We used this function also when we wanted to show a live image, a previz or reference image, and a mix image at the same time, with the ability to show any of them full-screen any time! PAL and NTSC compatible.
